Dawie & Lizelle Burden are the 3rd generation of Burden farmers on Platbakkies since 1937.  They will be your hosts along with their family, making sure you are comfortable and well informed regarding life on the farm.

Please note:

  • You will need a SUV or bakkie (pick-up truck) to reach our farm
  • Leave your pets at home as we already have a lot of farm animals around
